Belco Equities, Inc. was formed in 1984 for the purpose of creating and fostering housing in Central Texas. Drawing upon twelve years of experience in California, the founder wanted to offer multi-family residents in Austin the benefits of owner operated communities. With emphasis on customer service, Belco strives to act quickly in response to resident's needs and has built a reputation for physical improvements to it's apartment communities.
